Last Day at CHA

Although this was a full day at CHA it was very relaxing to just walk thru and see all the vendors. I found the Magnolia stamp booth and had to stop to take some pictures of Tilda they had up. As you know, Tilda is always on my blog ... color coordinated with the blog ... of course! Here are a few picures!

Isn't she just adorable!

Today Jane, Kay, Lori & I will be going to Disneyland and California Adventure parks. I'll try to post some of the fun pictures tonight ... if not when I get back home. :)

Jane and I moved over to the Disney Grand Californian Villas and this is the view from our balcony! Awesome ... right?

Now, why am I showing you this picture? To get you ready for a fantastic line from Queen & Co.  Jane will be getting this complete line and you can be sure I will be coming up with a class using this! Ready ... here it is ...

Here are a couple samples ...

Be sure to go over and visit Jane's blog for some more products.

Day One at CHA ...

I've got to tell you how absolutely amazing this is! Jane and I spent the whole day with her reps visiting different companies. Here are some of the goodies from Glitz Design.

Jane, Ginger (with Glitz Design) and Cheryl at CHA

The product lines Jane will be carrying are Distressed Couture.

The second line we loved is Kismet:

The third line is Maya:

This is just a small (very small) taste of what we saw today. It is almost 1:00AM right now so I'll sign off and will post more tomorrow ... promise!

CHA and Disneyland ... Can it get any better?

Well, I'm off tomorrow for my first time at CHA! I'm so excited about seeing all the new goodies coming out in the world of scrapbooking. I'm going with Jane from The Scrapbooking Factory and then meeting some other friends there. Jane and I will be posting pictures on our blogs so stay tuned!

We will also be spending a couple days at Disneyland and those that know me are not surprised. Curt & I are Disney lovers and travel to Disney World every year! I used to go to Disneyland when I was younger, but haven't been for over 40 years! I'll post some pictures from our days there too.

So stay tuned and our first post should be up by Sunday evening.

My First Easle Cards & Pillow Box!

These cards are so easy and fun to make. What I like is there are so many different ways to make them. The last card is not an easle, but I received the cutest card and just had to card lift this idea from her ... Robyn ... wink, wink.

Thanks for looking. :)

Latest Layout

Haven't been "creative" & posting lately so I thought I would post the Christmas layout that I sent to Wren all framed & ready to hang in her scrap room. She may not have been with me, but I made sure Tim gave her a "shout out". He is so incredible nice.

I had this paper by SEI for months and kept wanting to use it ... finally found the perfect reason. I also did the pictures & journaling (atleast my idea of journaling) on the right digitally. I'm trying to "blend" both ... hybrid scrabooking. Still can't give up getting my hands on that paper & the embellishments. :) Thanks for looking!

Beaches & Cream ...

One of our favorite places to visit is Beaches & Cream at the Beach Club Resort. They have wonderful hamburgers & onion rings, but they are famous for The Kitchen Sink. It is about eight scoops of ice cream, chunks of brownies, pound cake, oreo cookies, marshmellow cream, a whole can of whipping cream, a handful of cheeries & a sprinkle of nuts (optional).

The family in the lower picture did a pretty good job of finishing this!

For Sissy!

The Teacup ride in Magic Kingdom is such a blast and I look forward every year to spinning fast, fast, fast with my Sissy! Jackie won't ride the teacups any more, but took some awesome pictures along with Robyn from the sidelines ... thanks ladies!

As you can see it turned into a two page layout. So here you go Wren ... are you ready for this year!!! I sure am. :)

Working on more Digi Layouts from our days in the parks ....

We stayed at Beach Club Villas and our first morning was a character breakfast at Cape May.

While at this character breakfast Jackie got to spend some special time with Donald. I love the 2nd picture on the first row because of the cute little boy looking at Jackie like "what are you gushing about!". Ha!

Finally, on our day at Epcot we decided to participate in the Kim Possible adventure. We had so much fun going from country to country solving this mystery.

Gotta go work on a few more pages for tomorrow's posting. I think after this I'll actually get to the scrap cruise pictures from a year ago! Thanks for looking.

New Year's Engagement ...

What better way to start the new year! My sweet Kinsley got engaged to a wonderful young man, Adam, right as the new year rang in. I am such a happy aunt and so happy for them!
