My 1st Digital Layout for Cruise ...

When I got home from the cruise I was thrilled to see that Keystone Scraps had a new kit out ... Rock the Boat. 

Isn't it perfect for a Disney cruise layout!?! I have not participated at MouseScrappers for such a long time and decided to try out the latest Template Challenge. Thank you Raquel for designing such a cute template!

I'm finally back to getting challenges done ... here is my latest from MouseScrappers Template Challenge. 

This was such a fun trip to Disneyland with my sweet friends Lori, Kay and Jane. Lori and I were the only ones who would ride the teacups ... I love that ride!

I just finished my layout for a Template Challenge at MouseScrappers. I'm having an awful time with my left hand right now. I have it in a brace, but I'm just going to have to stop typing and scrapping for the rest of the day. I'll go ice it and watch NASCAR with my sweet hubby!

One of my absolute favorite things at Magic Kingdom is Mickey's PhilharMagic. It's a 3D show that highlights Donald Duck. It is awesome! These pictures were taken at the store you enter after the show.

Another Template Challenge!

We had the most wonderful day spending it with my sister-in-law and nephews! After a relaxing lunch and then a fun game of Phase 10 ... we taught Betsy (my sister-in-law) how to play a few months ago and since then she has NEVER lost! Yes, she won again today ... LOL ... we had so much fun though.

Before turning in for the evening I wanted to finish a template challenge at MouseScrappers that was ending today. Loved the template by Donna and used a new kit by Kellybell Designs called City of Tomorrow ... just came out today. I scrapped the segway tour Curt and I took at Epcot in 2008. I made the reservation for this tour and Curt wasn't thrilled about it, but was willing to give it a try. After we were about 10 minutes into our training session Curt was totally into this segway business!! If you are ever at Epcot and see someone on a segway with "little duckies" following behind ... that was what we did!!! They take you to the World Showcase before it opens at 11:00AM and you get to go through some of the countries and then they have a section set up for you to just have fun. We certainly did!!

My Sea World Layout & Template Challenge

I just completed the latest Template Challenge at MouseScrappers. Loved this template by Natalie and had fun using a new kit from Band Geek Designs and the greatest Old Grungy Mice from Keystone Scraps.

I also did a two page layout from a visit to Sea World last month.

I'm Actually Getting Somewhere ...

I've been working all day on re-organizing my girl cave! I can no longer fit another pegboard on my walls so this will have to be it. I promise when it is all done and clean I will post some pictures.

I did, however, get another layout done for one of the Template Challenges at MouseScrappers. I used "You've Got a Friend" kit by Natalie's Place Designs. These pictures are from the new parade Disney has at Hollywood Studios called Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun Parade. We thought we had great seats ... and we did have great seats to see the parade ... just not to take pictures. They came from sunshine right into shadows and alot of my pictures just didn't turn out well. I did, however, love the pictures of Woody!!

New Challenge at MouseScrappers!

There is a new challenge at Mouse Scrappers and it is a lot of fun! It's called a Scraplift Challenge. You are given a layout and you are to scraplift it as you see it. This is my first time doing this challenge ... here is my layout.

I used the "Once Upon a Time" kit from Kellybell Designs.

I finished a Template Challenge there today too ... here is my layout.

Now this was a super fun layout because of the story behind it. We were at Animal Kingdom before it officially opened to have breakfast at the Tusker House. There was a man ahead of us just strolling and looking around. We immediately recognized him from a Disney special we saw on the Discovery channel showing the story behind Expedition Everest and its construction. His name is Joe Rohde and he took Animal Kingdom (and Expedition Everest) from concept to what it is today.

He was so nice while we gushed over him ... ha! ... then posed for a couple of pictures with us. Now that was a fantastic magical memorie!!!

Another Beautiful Day!!!

Another beautiful day here!! We just got back from a walk with Daisy ... so that made it even more fun. We got to stop and visit with some neighbors, which made her day. I love sitting and working on my template challenges while enjoying the view outside ... mainly enjoying seeing the sunshine outside. Here is the latest challenge I finished at Mouse Scrappers.

I used the Black Pearl kit by Misty Cato, Pirate Mini by Kellybell Designs, Date Dangly Doos by Connie Prince, and I found my pirate Mickey clipart through google.

Most of my pirate pictures are me and my girlfriends when we go to Disney each year. It was so much fun to actually get a pirate picture with Curt in it!

I just received the cutest picture for Valentine's Day from my sweet friend, Karen. Thank you so much for this! We had such fun at Disney with you, Guy, Wren and David ... good times!

After I got the picture I immediate went to MouseScrappers and started the latest Template Challenge. Here is my layout:

This weeks template is awesome! I used "Polynesian Paradise" kit, "Polynesian Paradise Word Art", and "Simple Dates Vol. 2" by Kellybell Designs.

I loved this template so much that I already put together another layout.
